SHORT BIOGRAPHY OF THE ARTIST
Giovanna Silvestri, aka Gioelececed ( Flickr, Premioceleste.it, Linkedin), from Rome, Italy, has been a Greek & Latin High School teacher for years. She had to leave her job for serious reasons, so she began creating her "photo/painting" as a self-taught.. From 2013 to 2016 she has done exhibitions in virtual galleries, invited by French, Italian and American artists who are also gallery owners. In December 2016, two images, whose subject is mythological ( among her more than 800 works) have been included and quoted in the catalogue" I Giardini dell'Arte", ARSEV (pp. 38,136-137,211). Her other exhibitions are: " Farben un Dufte/ Colors and Scents", Berlin (24/03-15/04/17); "Immagini e Materia", Milan ( 19-27/05 /17); II Biennale d'Arte contemporanea della Versilia (14/07-27/07/17);Firenze "Talenti emergenti" (02-12/09/17) thanks to the art historians of ArtExpertise with whom she's planning another one exhibition of art : "Ragione e Sentimento" (31-10-2017)
