Come gli oggetti nello spazio tendono a comporsi secondo le leggi frattali dell' autoregolazione, così il concept della città futura autogenera relazioni spaziali e tensioni volumetrico/materiche su uno sfondo cittadino neutro.
La struttura urbana è regolata da leggi apparentemente casuali, che in realtà rispettano norme legate ad una geometria post-Euclidea in continua evoluzione.
L' aspetto centrico della composizione è regolato dalle tensioni ( anche cromatiche ) degli elementi continui di contorno.
