Il dipinto, omaggio a Felix Vallotton e ad A. Leibovitz, racchiude una certa alienazione del soggetto. I suoi occhi si perdono fino quasi a toccare l'infinito esprimendo l'assenza e la melanconia. Con la mano sembra proteggere la sua intimità, dove nessuno può raggiungerla, venendo fuori da uno sfondo meticolosamente decorato con motivi barocchi. La pennellata è decisa e corposa.
